The World Cafe seats participants at tables of 4, with paper and markers on the tables to doodle. There are 3-4 rounds in a typical cafe, with a different question each round, each question building on the ones before.
Between each round, 3 of the 4 participants from each table get up and all move to different tables to cross-pollinate ideas, and the person who stays at the table shares history of the conversation there as they move on to the next question.
The insights are harvested by Ravi, bringing the group to consensus, or helping each participant find a way to apply what they have learned.
Ravi can help you surface the core concerns of your participants, harvest the learnings from his keynote or others, move participants from having great ideas to action, build strategies together, and much more.
Buy-in and commitment from strategy come from being able to create it. Ravi Tangri combines over three decades of facilitation and speaking, in-person and online, with leading edge technology to engage and involve participants with a full studio and key support resources.
This is far beyond a zoom meeting - Ravi's virtual events are just like being there. If you want to move your team forward and get them excited about innovative strategies to do that, contact us now.
